-Mountable mobs/borgs/taurs can now let the rider in control without requiring a riding crop.
-And yes, riding crop has always been "the key" for rider control for these mechanics.
-Also tweaks the AO a little bit more because ouch my ocd.

Hides shoes when the goat legs or taur bodies are selected.
Adds a method by which you can clip off parts of sprites, ported from Para.
Sets goat legs & taur bodies to clip off the lower parts of uniforms and suits
so long as the clothing doesn't hide tails or is a taur suit.
Adds a method for tails to hide bodyparts like legs to allow for a bit more spriter freedom. Sets Satyr legs & taur bodies to prevent regular legs from rendering when selected.
E.g.1 The Satyr legs & taur bodies prevent the regular leg organs from rendering, so you no longer have to sprite them such that they cover the pixels ordinary legs would've occupied.
E.g.2 The deer body has bulky front legs because if they weren't sprited to cover the regular body beneath you'd have wierd pixels poking out. This prevents that from happening by preventing legs from rendering when you got a taur tail.
-Proper layering is no longer ignored for every non-north direction.
-Also bumped borg riding offset upwards by couple pixels to better match the back height.
Was broken when taur riding was enabled and required some tweaks.
Took the chance to add a few extra features & fluff up hiding a bit.
If you're grabbed, grab someone, buckle yourself or are buckled by someone else you now become un-hidden. You cannot hide yourself while grabbed or buckled.
There are a few fluff messages for these circumstances but otherwise hiding behaves exactly as it used to.
-Mainly ports from old Citadel assets.
-Markings: Otter face, Otter nose, Deer face, Cloven hooves, Shepherd snout, Shepherd back.
-Head accessories: Small bear ears, Deer ears, Small antlers, Deer ears with small antlers, Caprine horns, Drake frills.
-Also fixed a Polaris blooper from our tajaran sprite file. (The legs were facing in different directions in side views.)
-Moved to get_tail_image() taur check, the same spot that applies the offset and such.
-Enables the riding and applies the verb if the taur type is mountable and hasn't been set up for riding before.
- Made the buckling a verb for the mountable person to use instead of free drag action by anyone.
- This however makes it require the mount's consent and input to let people hop right on.
- The verb has all the sanity checks and such without overriding other actions on the drawback of being available to the mount only.
- Made the riding datum and verb to be applied on on spawn to taurs only instead of everyone.
- Made the riding allow a 20% size difference leeway between rider and mount.
- And made riders bigger or heavier than the mount to cause slowdown while at it.
- Changed side oriented views to layer rider above the mount.
