acc78a8000 Changes types of ghosts and eyes 
``/mob/dead/observer`` -> ``/mob/observer/dead``
``/mob/eye`` -> ``/mob/observer/eye``

Reason being that they are similar in that they both don't interact with
the world in any way. Some procs were shared, some checks as well, and
it overall makes more sense this way. Plus, there were no ``/mob/dead``
mobs.

37e33cba9a AdminPM fixes 
Invisimins won't show what their rank is it will simply say "Admin"

Non-staff won't get to see the adminlink (?)

People receiving adminPM's won't get the wrong version of it allowing them to only reply to themselves.

Removed the commented out stuffs.
