da120bab14 GPS Text and Spelling Fixes 
The GPS on/off text was reversed and this fixes it. Along with a couple others. The largest "change" is the change of posessed to possessed (since it requires an actual file-name change.)

732fb67be6 Fixes proteans being immune to duffle chonk 
Probably wouldn't have even noticed if it wasn't for some gamer deciding to flex this exploit with the double-duffle-slowdown taur saddlebags as non-taur of all things instead of just going with a regular duffle of same capacity.

Also why the f do the saddlebags even have 2x duffle slowdown in the first place? that's messed up.

cc37afeb0d Adds yet another funny vac feature. 
Adds a handheld/borgmodule device "Vac attachment" that can be used to clean up dirt, junk, and even mobs off the floors depending on the power settings.
Power settings go as follow, each level adding onto the previous one.
"dust and grime" - cleans only cleanable decals and floor dirt.
"tiny objects" - also sucks tiny objects, such as pens and ciggy butts etc.
"pests and small objects" - mice/lizards/roaches, micros, and pocket sized clutter.
"medium objects" - normal sized items.
"large objects" - backpack/toolbox size stuff.
"large pests" - any size mobs and crew.
Sucked up objects and mobs do a little twirl in line before ending up inside the user's selected vorgan.
