d96f69c28d Fix maint pred cancellation 
The cancel button and corner X would just randomize the fucker. I fixed it. Now it actually cancels and resets itself. I will eat your face.

Maintpreds and morphs now spawn with their provided vorgans without getting the vorepanel to replace it with an incomplete set of the char slot vorgans.
