8d600505d8 Adds error handling to FAX command 
Currently FAX command will happily hand you a cup of nothing if you give wrong or no fax ID, this adds an error message for both cases.

1be4ee303a Testing making a TGS command 
Simple coinflip command.
Throws a hissyfit if you dont guess.

Only accepts lowercase

Possibly adds newlines on error message.
Compiles with no errors or warns-

May tidy it later this is just a test

b55fb8f2d4 Support actual VGS environment management. 
- Extends VGS DMAPI to include Reboot and Init Complete messages.
- Add pid file and symlinked datafolder to git ignore.

8a21fc2e6c Add code to enable communication with VGS 
VGS provides a subset of TGS functionality, mostly just the discord bot.  It extends TGS datums and adds a little bit.
Right now its done in parallel to TGS's code to minimize impact of not having the rest of DMAPI v5 impemented.
