c837078105 Replaced "area" shuttles with "landmark" shuttles.
Largely ported from the work done at Baystation in https://github.com/Baystation12/Baystation12/pull/17460 and later commits.

 - Shuttles no longer require a separate area for each location they jump to.
   Instead destinations are indicated by landmark objects, which are not necessarily exclusive to that shuttle.
   This means that more than one shuttle could use the same docking port (not at the same time of course).
 - Enhanced shuttle control computers to use nanoui if they didn't.
 - Organizes shuttle datum code a bit better so there is less re-inventing the wheel in subtypes.
 - Allows the possibility of shuttles (or destinations) that start on late-loaded maps.
 - Deprecate the "extra" shuttle areas that are no longer needed and update shuttle areas in unit tests

This all required a bit of infrastructure improvements.

 - ChangeArea proc, for changing the area of a turf.
 - Fixed lighting overlays actually being able to be destroyed.
 - Added a few utility macros and procs.
 - Added "turf translation" procs which are like move_contents_to but more flexible.

1216f97663 Adds roofing tiles (#5409)
* Adds roofing tiles
They're used to place plating overhead without going up a floor
And to remove weather effects

Changing a turf will correctly inherit the old outdoors variable, so that roofing tiles can check it when deciding whether to roof an area

e75c3887b7 Woodrat breaks map stuff
Added SC map files for further work. Including hopefully all the related files.

New airlock sprite thanks to Virgo, with a alternate non-see through sprite.

Changes to the space and transit tiles (ported from bay).

Changes done to the NC map that should bring it more up to date with changes (shield defuse stuff and minor bug fixes)

393c9899a9 Adds Asteroid Cracks
Adds a new type of turf, which is a cracked asteroid floor.  It is functionally a space tile, which means air can escape through the cracks and into the void.  These cracks can be plugged by building a floor over them using rods and tiles.  The cracks are generated randomly along with the asteroid whenever a floor is placed, with a 1 in 10 chance of it being a cracked floor.

2d01a06f00 Corrects world-edge math.
Meteors coming from the east would immediately be transfered to another Z-level and deleted, due to being considered outside the Z-level transition border.

ebe62cefd8 Refactored random map generator system and added several terrain generators.
Created a global list to track base turfs for explosions/shuttle moves.
Remaps the asteroid to be a moonlet. Tidies up some references to 'asteroid', removes moonbase from the accessible z level list.

bcb1ea5413 Endgame tweaks.
Now instead calls the proper round-end proc when finishing the round, allowing admins to interrupt restart if desired.
None of the current end game variants currently use over/underlays, they are now content with coloring space.
On endgame start, the entire world is now updated in a spawn() instead, reducing crippling lag.
Adds support to designate APCs are critical, these are not drained during world end events.
Fixes a couple of potential runtime errors if no escape points have bee mapped in.
People in wheelchairs and mechas can now enter the world end rift.
Cult walls no longer cultify over and over, indefinitely.

1ae0ad6d92 Updates the atom_pool, now datum_pool, to handle any datum object.
Makes the garbage collector similarly robust. Continues the whole Destroy/qdel porting.

3d0d03a74f - Added killswitches to say, whisper, me, ooc, adminhelp and pray to try to determine if communication verbs are the cause of the constant lag we're getting. Toggle the killswitch with the 'disable communication verbs' verb, available in debug verbs.

b69e3962da -Fixed space travel, sorry about that. Implemented a list the wrong way so you got thrown back whether you had the nuke disk or not, and I changed it from just reversing momentum to actively pushing you away from the boundary, which also means that even if you get past the transition boundary, it will continue to push you back.

d64186ec9b -Now instead of just giving an angry message, any living mob with a client and the nuke disk that hits a transition on Z1 on them will have their momentum reversed, effectively sending them back where they came from. (Dead and clientless mobs still have the disk deleted from them)
Fixes Issue 1183

-Most game-specific messages now print to all non-new_player mobs instead of the world, round-end reports are unchanged but request consoles and other announcements will not be heard by people in the lobby any more
Fixes Issue 1158

-Tweaked the temperature resistance of mechs to be more inline with current fires. Most mechs protect almost as well as a full fire suit, and the firefighter mech is just over 2x more effective

-False-walls can no longer be fixed when on top of a dense turfs

-Tweaked how damage was read for CPR and self-examining so you can't perform CPR on yourself at 100 damage

3b022d842d - Made it possible to get to the station, derelict, satellite and mining z-levels through space travel.
- You will now never loop into the same z-level on transition. So if you are exiting the derelict z-level, you won't re-enter the derelict z-level on the other side.
- Added this to the changelog.

1879167cd4 - Made Mimewalls a seperate instance of forcefields instead of the special-snowflake-mime-dependent ones. When made, they are added to processing_objects, and count down every process() until they delete themselves(And are removed from processing_objects)
Fixes Issue 1025
- Made the Nuke Disk delete itself under certain conditions when it hits a transition tile in space, specifically if it is inside a bag and NOT on a living mob's back with a client, so spaced containers, backpack on braindead body, backpack on corpse will no longer make Nuclear Emergency unwinnable.
Fixes Issue 1026
- Added parse_zone() to projectile/Bump(), so instead of being hit in the "r_leg" you would be hit in the "right leg", and so on.
Fixes Issue 1028
- Touched up my throw logging so that instead of doing a search through the player_list to match stuff up, it simply pulls the client from carn's directory list

a640d10307 The icon_state of space turfs is now generated by jumbling up its x y and z coordinates. This means when space turfs get deleted the icon_state doesn't change each time and look stupid.

0bbb591b3e You can no longer transition off the away mission Z level (so people don't randomly end up at telecomms after running off the edge of a tundra or something)
Alien weeds now die in one hit to a welding tool, and 6 from a extinguisher. You can plant like a billion of them for no cost, they shouldn't take four hits of a welding tool to clear.

Added the black crab sprites for HG

c7947ef236 File restructuring: ohgodihopenothingbroke edition.
All /world/ stuff that I've found is now in code/world.dm instead of being scattered throughout the code in 6-7 files.

*****IMPORTANT*****
This means that hub.dm is now part of world.dm. Server hosts using the hub will likely have to redo the hub/password variables!

Again, that stuff is now located in code/world.dm

The tester list has been removed as it is not in use.

/code/defines
- Moved atom.dm code into /code/game/atom.dm and atom_movable.dm
- Moved hub.dm code into /code/world.dm
- Moved the /defines/tanning into objects/item/sheets/leather.dm
- Moved /defines/area/ into game/area/
- Moved turf.dm code into the code/game/turfs folder and divided it up into meaningful places

A lot of the files in /code/game were placed in new areas since they really didn't have a reason to be there.
- algorithm.dm: 
- - The world stuff is in world.dm. 
- - countJob() and AutoUpdateTK() were removed entirely (unused).
- - AutoUpdateAI() is now in /mob/living/silicon/ai.dm

- atom_procs.dm was split into atom.dm and atom_movable.dm

- cellautomata.dm
- - World stuff was moved into world.dm
- - Atom stuff was moved into atom.dm and atom_movable.dm
- - Atom verbs were moved into code/game/verbs/atom_verbs.dm

- chemistry.dm
- - Beaker box code was moved into storage/misc.dm
- - The trash can and 'alechemy' paper were removed. (unused)

- Landmarks.dm was moved into /objects/effects/landmarks.dm

- prisonshuttle.dm, specops_shuttle.dm, syndicate_shuttle.dm and syndicate_specops_shuttle.dm have been moved into game/machinery/computer/

- status.dm and topic.dm code were moved into world.dm

- step_triggers.dm are now in objects/effects/step_triggers.dm

- throwing.dm was split into appropriate files (carbon mob code, atom_movable.dm, ect)

- vote.dm is now in code/datums

/code/game/asteroid was split up.
- turf.dm was moved into game/turfs/simulated/asteroid.dm
- artifacts were split up
- - Wish granter is now in game/machinery
- - The stealth box is gone (unused)
- - The list of 'space suprises' was moved into astroid.dm
- asteroid.dm, being the only file left, was moved into /code/game


and finally...
modules/mob/organs files are now in code/datums/organs
