Issue #4 - Porting resize (micro/macro) systems.
...
* Instead of "playerscale" we are using pre-existing variable
"size_multiplier" but we move it to /mob/living
* Added basic mechanics of size changing.
* Mousetraps snap small people even if they have shoes.
* Big people can walk over small people, or stomp them, or capture them
in foot slot.
* Ported holder for micros, making small people scoopable.
* Tied held micros in with the vore code so they are edible.
* Ported size-altering reagents and recipies.
* Ported size gun along with associated sprites and sounds.

Adds ability for players to ignore other players. ( #1539 )
...
Players can now choose to not receive messages in OOC and deadchat from specific players, with the Ignore verb, or in the global preferences tab.
Ignores can be reverted with the Unignore verb, or with the global preferences tab as well.
This has no effect on IC chat. LOOC is also exempted from this. Admin messages cannot be blocked.

Adds 2 verbs to ghosts.

-Choose Sprite: Ability to pick a sprite from a list, found in icons/mob/ghost.dmi
-When manifested: Spectral Whisper: The ghost whispers into the mind of a target in sight-range. Works through walls.
When a ghost is made visible by adminnery or cult, their emotes become visible to anyone who has sight of them. If they become invisible somehow (By toggling or adminnery) they will return to using normal ghost emotes in deadchat.

Makes inventory slots forward clicks to items in them. In effect that means you don't have to pixelhunt item in the slot, just click the slot. Smoking cigs is easy mode now.
