d203362d38 Fixes #10258
Turrets now aim at the chest/groin unless the target has a neck grab on someone, otherwise they aim elsewhere.
Projectiles are now able to miss targets that are lying or buckled, except when the target is at point blank range and is the original target for the projectile.

cec16d7559 Fixes cyborgs showing up as AIs in radio output for AIs.
Also fixes pAIs and non-carbon non-robot non-AI non-pAI mobs doing the same.

4cc524265b Change of random virus targets.
The random virus event will now only infect mobs on station and which currently have a player that has been active in the last 5 minutes.
Placeholder until a more indepth discussion about what to do about the random event is concluded.

990530d118 Ports /vg/'s spell system for the sake of cult porting.
Does offer a much more pleasant basis to work with in the future, if someone wishes to add more spell-like abilities.

464d702d4b Mob refactoring.
Updates Bump() code.
Intents now use constants.
Simple animals can now use languages without overriding say().
There is now a difference between being able to smash normal and reinforced walls.
Reworks simple_animal/attackby so that constructs don't need to override it simply to add damage resistance.

98be5cbce8 Synth medical sensors now report dead/alive status.
Synths with medical augmentation sensors enabled will now see the dead/alive status of crew members with suit sensors set to at least binary level.

ead0f31426 Revises how Topic and NanoUI shares allowance-logic.
All mob-interaction logic now resides in nanointeraction.dm and is called by the base CanUseTopic().
Specifics for when objects allows mob-interaction can be specified by overriding CanUseTopic(), see machinery.dm.

f1a596e168 Fixes dead join/leave message format.
Fixes dead join/leave message format when the mind name is empty.

It used to show ' (Character Name) no longer...' instead of 'Mind Name (Character Name)' where appropriate.

39c6e3e431 Ghosts/observers now have the option to be anonymous in deadchat.
It is a ghost-time preference that doesn't get saved. Admins see anonymous ghosts with a * next to their key. People talking in dead bodies are now always seen only with the name of their body (admins see their keys with a ^).

93859e9652 Dead chat will get announcements when someone joins or leaves it.
This is mainly for wizard and cult rounds, where it is important to know that a wizard/cultist is watching. The announcement was added for most other types of leaving/joining the ghost realm. Admin ghost doesn't get announced for obvious reasons.

e19a79a340 Ports verb-optimizations from /tg/
The examine, pull, and point verbs now below to the mob instead of all atoms. Based on discussion here: http://www.byond.com/forum/?post=1326139&page=2#comment8198716
As a bonus ghosts can now point. Ghost pointing should only be visible to other ghosts unless made visible by cult activities.
