Trashcan perk refactor
-Adds a bunch of additional "trash" types that aren't included in obj/item/trash, such as:
-Those spicy cardboard tubes called flares, preferably expended but whatever.
-Glow sticks, full of delicious looking juice you'll regret.
-Toy figures, become an impostor predator.
-Ciggy butts, yum!
-Banana peels.
-Cardboard sheets, interesting flavor not included.
-Crumpled papers. Hide that lewd drawing in seconds.
-Broken light bulbs and tubes. Don't do this it's not healthy for most people.
-Broken bottles, see the warning above.
-A selection of emptied vendor drinkables (small milk, small chocomilk, coffee, tea, dutch choco, ice cup, ramen cup, and paper cups)
-Those pesky torn inflatables.
-And "burnt mess" with reduced toxin content via vore digestion.
-Trait 1, "Hard Feet" makes your feet glass shard resistant.
-Trait 2, "Trash Can" lets you dispose of snack wrappings on the go without littering or having to quest out in search of a disposal bin.
-Also adds trash feeding for janiborgo in a sibling snippet for the forementioned trait.
-Also added the old citadel era "robo kibble" to give the custom trash code file a first custom "trash" as well. Only in the code for now, not mechfab printable yet.
-I'm gonna toss Polaris an update that makes borgs not become sparkles on 0 force item paps brb.
