Implements shields which block projectiles from outside, but allow projectiles to leave from inside.
Also adds a projector item which makes these, in two variants, rectangle and line. It was made an item so that down the road making stationary/wearable/etc versions will be easier as they can just contain the item.
Currently there is no way to obtain this without adminspawn. I have Future Plans(tm) for these.
Also fixes various bugs with surface tiles, hopefully.
Adds some documentation to the map file system.
Adds a new 'plane' map, ideal for testing PoIs by loading them manually.
Makes space heaters glow orange.
Adds a new grille type for fancy surface windows.
Adds self planting hydro trays/dirts if a seed is on top of them when the map is loaded.
New lighting system is needed to handle updating literally 14k+ tiles whenever the sun moves. The straight port seems to have had no adverse effects from what I could see. Don't know if it's more performant but it doesn't seem to be less.
I didn't expect the latter would be needed for the former.
Mostly ports Vore's Trashpile code, and made more generic, as I plan to use these for surface loot later.
Adds mold reagent to give a consequence to eating food you found in the garbage.
These aren't mapped in but I or someone else can do that later.
Added catwalks and railings. Ported from Vorestation who ported them from Eris.
Note, catwalks can be placed on plating (as is seen on the vorestation map Tether) and is done so here as well. However it doesn't seem like it is possible to build said catwalks on plating. Did not bother to adjust this at this time. Something to sort in the future.
Adjusted SC station dmm to use both the railing and catwalks as well as a couple fixes for the floor tile adjustment in a earlier commit.

Unsure if I even did it correctly, but seems to function in the brief tests done, no compile errors.
In preparation of porting the massive number of floor decals for the new map.
Arrivals shuttle now moves automatically to and from the station. People still spawn onboard if they join the round with arrivals selected in preferences.
The shuttle is completely automated and will go to the station if someone boards it, and leave if nobody is onboard.
Changes some tape code so it can be mapped in.
Sadly the mapmerger is broken so the map file diff is massive.
* Adds Collapsible AM rifle, and adds case with parts and 5 shots to Uplink. Separates it and intended merc version, both costing default telecrystal amount. Does NOT make them antagonist type specific.
* Addresses review.
* Makes rifle case traitor/merc specific. Enables ability to have specific uplink items be available only for specific antags.
Adds a traitor device to warn the traitor if they're being spied or are about to be spied on by the AI or anyone using a camera console.
It will warn the holder by changing color, beeping a specific tone, and sending a message to their chat log. It only does this when the state of spying changes, so it will not spam the chatlog if nothing changes. Only the holder can hear the warnings. It also functions like a regular multitool.
Shuttles now set themselves up upon being instantiated instead of relying on a monolithic proc in the shuttle controller.
Shuttles can now be defined more cleanly on a per-map basis, as well.
Accidentally fixes a broken admin shuttle.
