-Aliens will be able to recover plasma even when they have cloneloss damage. Previously, if they did have any amount of cloneloss damage they wouldn't be able to regain plasma at all.
-Runtime fixes for IDs.

-Breathing plasma will now give you the plasma reagent for toxic damage which will need treatment, in order to remove it from your body quickly. This creates a nice poison effect.
