PsiOmega fb5591e0e6 Map fixes - Vacuum Removal ...

A number of tiles seem to have inherited settings which are now inappropriate.
Removing these even though the pressure difference between these near-vacuum and standard pressure areas could cause hilarious injuries at round-start.
