CTRL + A = throw
CTRL + S = swap hands
CTRL + D = drop
CTRL + W = use item in hand on itself
Numpad divide (/) = throw
Numpad multiply (*) = swap hands
Numpad subtract (-) = drop
Numpad add (+) = use item in hand on itself
