Razgriz 25770bc094 Fix some POI atmospherics ...

Because most of the POIs tiles don't match the sif atmos parameters. Some have sif subtypes, others are just added in outdoors.dm https://github.com/CHOMPStation2/CHOMPStation2/blob/master/maps/southern_cross/turfs/outdoors.dm

I would actually recommend continuing with sif subtypes, especially if we start adding more planets.
