Cameron653 ba403ce0d2 Adds an AI that writes its own code for the server ...

This AI can:
- Fix every bug in the game
- Self replicate and spread its code
- Add in its own code without approval
- Can read the atmos code and comprehend it.
~~All this does is fix a rogue period that apparently made updating to BYOND 512 impossible~~
