Rykka 160ac0f3d7 Earlyport of Footstep sounds properly working!
Removes the `New()` and `Initialize()` workarounds, fixes footstep sounds globally. All sounds and values have been tweaked carefully to match Chomper files, if there's any failures and/or issues, I will work to correct them.
