-Snack machine amounts lowered from 10 each to 6 each, which should still be more than enough.
-Normalized nutriment amounts. Many of the values had were quite inflated...
-Added some positive reagents to certain foods. Most notably, brainburgers and braincakes heal brain damage.

ATMOSPHERICS

Removes poo. XSI and co. weren't very fond of it, and the last thing I would do is make them uncomfortable and challenge their leadership by keeping poo in.

Fixes some runtimes, involving do_mob, observe, send_status on mulebots, check_gas_mixture, the explosion cinematic, sleeper get_reagents_amount, and a possible (albeit unlikely) fix for throw_at
