BEF Map fixes/changes

- Added spawnpoints for Security, Warden, and HoS
- Moved some stuff around in Warden's office
- Added the mysteriously missing Warden's locker
- Changed the direction of a few windoors in the Brig
- Made closing doors behind you in the Brig significantly easier

- Added a camera to the Research Shuttle hallway

- You no longer need Power Equipment access to enter the Engineering
Lobby (Access to the engine still needs Power Equipment)
