Explaining how to make custom shadekin

Added some basic comments about how to write the code for a new custom shadekin.
Explained in comments what each value is for to make it more accesible to people new to this.
Documented the 2 main files needed for sprites (Body and tail)

Added a new shadekin called Proto, you will never see him in game.
But hey don't hesitate to check him out in code to learn how to write one of your own.
