Cameron653andAnewbe e158fcd3cc Macro Replacements. (#3574) 
* A preface to my madness

Travis failed one of my PR's because I copied old code
that used /red /blue /green.

Because of this, I am going to find and replace every
instance of it that I find.

Also this is a test commit to make sure I'm comitting
to the correct branch.

* /blue /green /red replacements

Dear god.

A slow and painful death from acid is more fun than this.

I wouldn't wish this torture on my worst enemy.
And this is only the beginning

* Replace part 2.

Time to fix the human error.

* Fixes mismatches

* Sets macro count to 220

One above the current number of macros in the code.

* Fixes last of the mismatches.

* Removes spaces, replaces \black

Removes spaces
Replaces \black in a few areas where seen
Replaces \bold with <B> </B> where seen

* Updating macro count again

* More fixes!

* Issues fixed! For real this time!

PsiOmega eca7569077 Clean server start. 
Server start messages concerning initialization, object generation, etc. is now only propagated to users with R_DEBUG access.

PsiOmega a11c7ba1c7 Fixes #8334. 
Removes references to the load_speed argument in load_map as it doesn't actually exist.
For some reason the dmm_suit injects itself as an argument in airlocks. Putting a band-aid on the symptom.

cib 5360915221 Fixes issue #2032 
The proc to get zlevel map files used lowertext on the filename. That is bad, for obvious reasons(breaks uppercase paths on linux).

Cael_Aislinn e8b44dca13 made away missions actually load properly, also added a command report / admin report when they become active. made all away missions except wizard academy possible destinations

petethegoat@gmail.com aa60fde7f4 Fix for borked atmos on away missions. This may still need some further tweaking, but it definitely fixes the issue. I looked at the powernet issue too, but I couldn't reproduce it anymore. Maybe it's fixed.
