Nadyr 54170fa2a5 Renames uniforms from "KHI" tp "GE," canonically come from Gilthari Exports now. 
Also renames Aronai's fluff rig from 'KHI' to 'VM' to reflect it being from Vey-Med now.
-Also replaces 'khi' with 'ge' in the item paths.

Ports from VoreStation a new set of things for Engy, Sec, and Med, third of which was already here but whatevs. The first two allows respective departments to check on certain station alarms that relate to their prerogatives in said departments.

Shadowfire117 1fc8f65fd6 Animated sprites for feline taurs and spotted feline taurs, use emote *vwag to switch from still to wagging! Nadyr 92e9488ddb -Tea seed did not show up in seed vendor so also added to the vr version. It's unclear which one is used. 
-Removed tea mush from the rolled tea leaf as this shouldn't be in the final product.
-Fixed flavor text on new tea beverages in glasses.

Nadyr 884771866d Added several tea reagents and recipes. 
-green tea, the desired end product
-green tea leaves, to make green tea
-green tea mush, a 'failed' product to make instant tea
-instant green tea powder to make use of tea mush
-instant green tea, heathen
-recipes for most of these reagents
-steamed tea leaf, rolled steam tea leaf, and green tea leaf (all food items in snacks_vr.dm for making green tea)
-recipes for the above mentioned food items

Large sprite size + overly slow movement gave players too much of an advantage since they can attack from 2 tiles away.

Lowered move delay, heightened move speed.
Lowered combat sense delay.
buffed structure damage, a lot.

buffed intent to kill.
