Cerebulon 0ce6ca7290 Cleans up uniform loadout menu.
Suits are now mostly under one-piece (subtypes of 'lawyer') and modular (subtypes of 'suit_jacket') selection menus. Croptops also under selection menu.

Cerebulon 339b269393 Adds 23 new skirt versions of existing suit sprites.
Adds them to loadout options and departmental uniform lockers as appropriate.
One new (Old Woman Attire) as equivalent to old man suit.
Some are unused, but now skirt sprites exist.

Schnayy ade40d627e Added 3 clothing sprites w/ appropriate ground/held sprites. (#3134)
* Added 3 clothing sprites w/ appropriate ground/held sprites.

1, white yoga pants, intended to be any color.

2, white kimono, intended to be any color.

3, red and black jacket.

All intended to be in the loadout.

* Put coding in. Jacket has pockets, same cold resistance as a hoodie. Kimono and yoga pants have color selectors. All are in the loadout.

* Removed cold protection from jacket & fixed missing mob sprites. Don't know what happened with the latter, was definitely there when I tested it.

woodratt 5444a4ad52 1.6.5 Port of Bay's uniforms
- Port of all of the uniform items that we did not have.
- Aether, Sweater, Ward-T. Frontier, Focal, Heph. Grayson, M. Bill, PCRC outfits/uniforms ported. (Loadout, some restricted)
- All of the military jumpsuits and uniforms have been ported. (Not Avail).
- Plain utility outfits are available in the loadout, as well as the pt outfits (except for marine).
- Hazard, Sterile, Saare, and Confederate outfits ported. (Not Avail).

Jon eb0efbf2ef Adds grey jeans, jeans shorts, and jeans shorts (female). Kinda annoyed we have so many variants but that's for another day.
The grey jeans are the black jeans sprite (which are grey...)
The black jeans are now darker! But they still look different from black pants.
The black shorts have had their side-sprites darkened so they look black, not grey, and match the front/back view better.
The new grey variants keep those grey sides and have grey back and fronts too.

- 2x more sunglasses added to maintenance.
- 2x more Welding goggles added to engineering, seriously I'm not adding anymore.
- Added a extra mop and bucket to the janitor's closet.
- Space heaters now available in hard storage for engineering.
- Fixed black tiles on Tcomms.
- All existing deck of cards on the main z-level should properly be a deck of cards and not null.
