Paralysis is too likely chance reduced.
cost benefit too weak, now also converts brute at the cost of dealing more fake damage (fake damage is healed quickly by resting)
Readded stabilization since otherwise that fake damage tradeoff will cause force resting.

Chem now may cause paralysis very rarely
Chem OD now also causes stun making OD more than just a damage spike
