lbnesquik 801a8be0c2 Buff flying 
- Flying now takes half the nutrition per tick or per tile flown.
- You can now fly off the ground with more food in yourself.
- Hover costs less nutrition to trigger.

I was considering lowering or outright damage received when hitting things such as windows or tables. Thoughts?

- De-christmases the map
- Fixes the silly plush
- Adds a medical outpost, areas need textures
- Adds a medical shuttle, needs serious work, currently nonfunctional.
- Adds new stuff to the trade shuttle

- Various other QOL improvements.

lbnesquik c440277063 Add sap to trees. 
Trees can now be used to produce sap. At least, the sif ones. The glowy ones.
There is 3 different tree types and 3 associated saps types.
They can be used for some minor chemistry but nothing too cool for now.
The tree taps can be crafted with a bit of metal.

RazgrizandGitHub 1c3adfacab HoS Armor Nerf 
The HoS armored coat was too powerful compared to other armors. The numbers have been brought down a little, but are still slightly superior to standard security vests. The head of security vest, however, was only slightly nerfed with melee being reduced by five. It keeps its superior bullet and energy protection, but bomb protection is being reduced to 15 to be just a little better than regular security vest.

Reverts last edit and switches access levels to Material Scanners to allow miners to get it. Science doesn't need it and can simply loadout with mesons for xenoarch or print the goggles in the protolathe.

Nukes access requirements to material scanners as well as meson scanners in the NiFSoft Shop. You can find the mesons in various places anyway and this would also allow miners to FINALLY purchase the elusive material scanners program when they have a NiF.
