Fixed cyborgs just pressing cancel when choosing AIs.
Midis setting now carries over when ghosting.
Can now check if a borg is emagged from the player panel.

Added a check so that malf AIs can't start a APC hack if one is already in progress, as this was apparently possible if they had multiple APC windows open.
