more complete implementation of dual tone suits. They now use polychromic mechanics to render their color, you can't change their color, they have their own item state, and each job has one for themselves. Also added the ability for polychromic items to not be changeable by the user.

changed the power consumption of the primitive bluespace belt to be constant regardless of weight. Moved it into practical bluespace node, as well as made the adipoelectric generator craftable

makes processor overload require less people to spawn, but gives it a lower weight. also adds in a light processor overload, which is more likely to spawn but doesn't destroy processors

nerfed telebatons
...
nerfed telescopic batons on the basis that all heads start with one, and it seems to win most combats far too easily due to how much you can keep knocking someone down, dealing constant stam damage. The cooldown to hit is much longer now and it deals much less stamina damage
