b40aad939b Fatness Hiding System and Bluespace Belt 
Applied changes to fatness.dm to allow the creation of objects, events and such that hide a character's actual fatness level to display and treat it as another.
Fixes to other files to support said change.
Added bluespace belt, an item that hides a character's current weight and treats it as if were 0. (Belt has currently no way to be created/accessed besides admin spawns. Haven't tested ALL things that interact with weight yet)

df36be3590 Hair gradients fix and Beltbuster use fixed 
Hair gradients are now instanced as "None", the default no gradients value, rather than 000 which caused runtime newly instanced character to cause runtime errors.
Fixed the path for the Beltbuster Mead drink's on_mob_life function

008425df2f weight gain/loss rates, saving body color prefs 
- you can customize your weight gain or loss rate
- bodypart colors now save properly and don't restart back to default

653b33c6bf Adjust sprite ranges in char setup 
Belly: 1-12 -> 1-10
Butt: 0-5 -> 1-10

Butt actually has an extra sprite (11) but I think 1-10 for both is better for consistency.

- fixed double doors on demone
- fixed some tiles being spaced on xenoarch
- remade the gluttony ruin
- removed the WG culture bottle
- removed some belly sprite placeholders
- added fatorays and fatnades to the uplink

- changed calorite statue descriptions slightly

141a587ba6 made a new burp/anti-burp chem AND new drinks 
- made a new burp chem, Fizulphite
- new variables to account for "slurburping"
- new anti-burp / anti-fullness chem, Soothseltz
- two new drinks in GATO COLA machine (Fizz Wizz, Soothseltz)
- some sprites for the cans
- also removed leftover mention of dogborgs
