GDLW 1ed9590f0b more small fixes + fattening turrets ...

- added sprites for  mining cards and gluttony wand (thanks Cubic for art)
- added in crushed cans for fizzwiz/soothseltz drinks
- changed up extilphite's recipe, now it uses hydrogen instead of sodium
- removed diamond pickaxe from the loot pool
- added shutters to feeder's den
- added fattening turrets (normal and strong)
