81b3df05a9 MultiZ AI Camera Controls 
Ensures AIs can pan up and down station Z-levels via new hud buttons. Fixes AIs not being able to deploy to shells not on their Z-level. Ensures even if the AI is blinded they can use their PDA.

2e1262c140 Prevent multiple AI PDAs 
Adds check for AI shell borg before setting up a built-in-PDA.
Ensures AIs using their PDA while in a borg shell links properly, and that checks for distance between the built-in pda and the AI using it is bypassed.

8b04cb4fc1 Cyborg PDA Update 
Allows robots to use the same PDA subtype as the AI. Adds a 1/1000 chance of AOL "You've got mail!" playing when receiving a PDA message.

b3f0db5e7a Fixes size application to mobs 
Ensures player's custom_body_size is applied to any new clone once they're out of the pod. Custom_body_size is only set once, so acts as 'natural' size, independent of things like normalizer rings
