Fixed counter of escaped cultists.

Browse Source 
Added kilt, bowler and, specially for Gregory House, the walking stick.
Also changed monocle sprite.

Kilt belongs to Catratcat, other stuff belongs to Farart.

Fixed some runtime errors.
