Adds Holy Hand Grenades (#31293)

* Holy Hand Grenade

* Lints

* Fixes RND levels

* Adjusts timer to 5 seconds

* Linters

* Tints HHG Shrapnel

* Kills revs dead

* Big damage instead of death

* Apply suggestions from code review
