Lavaland: Seed Vault Rework. (#22524)

* Add new Seed Vault.

* Add lore, so lore-team will kill me
- Added some paper notes, don't ask why paper is brand new.

* oh well:
- Time to wait for spelling checkup
- Added pickaxes and stuff to decrease use of other mining methods

* First typo aquired, thanks @alos

* Fixed typo
