MEDBAY AND RESEARCH DIVISION HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY REMAPPED.

Added a CMO biosuit (Sprites thanks to Petethegoat)
Scientists and the RD no longer have medbay access, as research now connects to the hallway.
Added a wall-mounted medical vendor.
