Anti-Non Human and Anti-IPC

Makes it so it must be a carbon life form (/mob/living/carbon/human).
Excludes IPCs (since these kinds of damage don't make sense other than
MAYBE oven smashing, but would require a whole lot of conditional
checks) and aliens (because you realistically shouldn't be doing this to
player-controlled xenos).

How metal can the chef get? Adds attacks for aggressive grips on people
for the deep fryer, grill, and oven.
Deep Fryer does burn damage to the head and disfigures the face.
Grill does burn damage over the head, chest, and arms.
Oven does light burn and some brute damage while weakening target.

breaking into the kitchen beware.
