9d430844c3 Replace most (if not all) output << operators with to_chat(user, message)
Currently, to_chat is literally just a proc that does user << message.
But it'll let us do output modification in the future, especially for
something like Goon's HTML chat.

7f4ac72910 Progress bars + Wall Rationalization
This commit does the following:
 - Ports progress bars from -tg- (tgstation/-tg-station#9921)
 - Refactors wall attackby code to make it 100% less insane; Instead of
   manually checking every little thing, it uses do_after,
   consequentially, making the new progress bars affect dealing with walls
   as well.

Wall code makes a tiger sad.

Also I fixed a little problem with pipe caps. The sprites were the wrong direction for West and North.

dae033a6a5 Pipe Fingerprint Transferring
- Wrenching down a pipe will now transfer prints from the pipe object to
the pipe machine. Vice versa for unwrenching a pipe.
- Wrenching down or unwrenching a pipe will now leave a fingerprint on
the pipe.

b3a0c9a975 Removes TABLEPASS and FPRINT flags
- Also adds ABSTRACT and NODROP flags in preparation for removal of
canremove and abstract vars.
- Sorts some of the setup.dm flags so they're in order.
- Replaces 'flags & 2' in policetape.dm with pass_flags & PASSTABLE,
should have the same effect.

6a2d78bc94 -Killed the updateDialog lag. I added a check to see if there were any mobs to update, if not it will stop checking until a user uses the machine again. I had to replace all the machine = src and machine = null with procs to help make it manageable. I believe this is one of the culprits causing the server to lag as the round goes on, as more players will interact with machines.
-Atmos delay is now based on active players, to help fight lag for massive player rounds.

-Changed some for(blah in world) loops to use the correct lists.

5557116fd9 Committing for Numbers.
- Readded Volume Pumps - now they work as intended and are constructable
- Readded Passive Gates - now they work as intended and are constructable
- Readded Heat Exchangers - now they work as intended and are constructable
- Added Heater - to warm up gasses to 300C
- Adjusted volumes on big tanks and portable pumps to 2000 and 1200 respectably
- Pipe dispensers can produce the readded pieces.
- Pipe construction code updated to compesate for the new items
- New graphics for all of the above - courtesy by Ausops.

7b6e58969f I'm back with the greatest feature additions ever, as before!
* You can now dispense sort junctions from the disposal dispenser.
* Sort junctions can now properly be unwelded.
* You can now change a sort junctions filter using a package tagger (examining a sort junction shows its current filter).
This also means that you can now construct a disposal and package system entirely from scratch!

* Updated the package tagger with a slightly updated interface, and more user feedback.

4073ac9b00 Replaced all 'file.extension' references with 'relativepath/file.extension' using a script by thvortex of ss13-daedalus.
All credits to the author for this handy little script.
I Committed the modified python script to tool directory. Although it needs to be in the root folder of your repo to work.

To notice the improved compile times, in dreammaker go to Build > Preferences > and untick "automatically set file_dir for subfolders"

If this commit inteferes with any large projects just revert it, do your thing, then rerun the script. Easy-peasy.

1120fb50c9 put_in_hands() now makes objects behave like they were just dropped when it dumps them on the floor due to there being no free hand to put it in. (i.e. it calls object.dropped() and resets the layer.)
Fixes issue 699 - in-hands for pipes are removed when placing a pipe back in the dispenser.
Fixes issue 684 - Evidence bag code simplified a bit.

459c558898 -Make holodeck eswords a child of obj/item/weapon/holo instead of regular eswords, clumsy check removed as a result, and you can no longer do things like cutting through walls or doors or what have you. (Fixes Issue 665)
-Redid icons to be more optimized at compile by setting icon = 'icons/folder/icon.dmi' instead of just icon = 'icon.dmi', meaning that Dream Maker doesn't have to search through every single file for every single .dmi. This shouldn't lead to any errors because of how I went about it, plus the fact that Dream Maker would have freaked out if I screwed something up. Also moved around 2 icons that weren't sorted well.

r4146 compile time: 1 minute, 40 seconds
r4147 compile time: 45 seconds

82886383e3 -Fixed issue 673, it will delete the glass if none remains.
-Added issue 672 's enhancement request. Disposal systems should leave fingerprints and transfer prints when building/deconstructing.
-You can put the Light Replacer on your belt.
-Gave the Light Replacer FPRINT and CONDUCT flags.
-Gave the Light Replacer origin tech.
-The Science department can now research the Light Replacer and build it. You need a required tech of "magnets = 3" and "materials = 4" with a material construction cost of 1500 metal, 150 silver and 3000 glass.
-Fixed a bug where you cannot place more than one object into a turned-off disposal unit.

2ce2243223 Disposal update
* You can now Drag-Drop disposal pipes and machinery into the dispenser, in order to remove them.
* You must now use wrench before welding a pipe to the ground
* You can no longer remove a trunk untill the machinery ontop is unwelded and unwrenched
* You are now forced to eject the disposal bin before unwelding it.

Thanks to whoever said the bugs in OOC. (Sorry, unable to remember names)

589267fabf Revolutionary update!
You can now dispense Disposal Bins, Outlets and Chutes from the disposal dispenser. These are movable and you can attach them above open trunks with a wrench, then weld them to attach them completely.
You can remove Bins by turning off their pump, then screwdriver, then weld, then wrench. Same with outlet and chute except for the pump part.

329c71c306 Disposal/Pipe Dispenser can no longer be used 'remotely' or while stunned or while they are unwrenched. Fixes issue 517.
Can no longer eject the nuke disk from the nuke while stunned. Fixes issue 497.

PA can now be powered down again.

Cyborg 'skull' masks now have east and west facing sprites. Fixes issue 468.
- I encourage anyone with actual spriting skills to redo them though, I just spent 5 second in photoshop whipping these up. (icons/mob/mask.dmi the icon labeled 'Death')

04a7eab2c6 Huge disposals update- most of the station has been repiped. Engineering and atmospherics now have disposals.
Mail delivery via disposals should now go to the correct locations.
Fixed the lack of t-ray sprites for the sort junctions.
Fixed issue 225. The delay shouldn't be a problem for actual atmos techs.

17ed3899c4 Fixed the map/code issues that the body bags caused.
/obj/effects is now /obj/effect.
/obj/station_objects is now /obj/structure.
Did a bit of minor blob work. 
The Bay 12 body bags were replaced with closets because having two sets of code that do almost the same thing is silly.
Changed back a few of the last jobproc edits as the remove from list before assign was a check to see if the mob was fucked up and if it was remove it so we did not check it again as it would still be fucked up.
The medbay/tox monkeys names are random once more.  More random name monkeys will help with changeling and clean up the observe/mob menus.

e8c6b08419 - Object tree grouped a bit more.
Two new categories were made: station_objects and effects. station_objects, which I'm sure someone will want renamed to 'structures' contains the objects which don't need process() or power code.

Effects contains objects which are either landmarks, triggers, spawners or decal.

I didn't notice any bugs, but with a revision editing 276 files of byond code, you never know.

6b88250beb Moved some of the old pipe files into unused.
Explosions will delay a bit longer before allowing powernet rebuilds.
Removed the Ionstorm Command reports at Urist's request, he said he would add something later.
Added dust storms to meteor mode.
Fixed most of the runtimes in the latest log.
Wizards mind_transfer now needs his robes, this prevents the constant body swap mess.
Z 1 lost all of its areas sometime in the last two revs.  I think I got everything back in place but would not mind if a mapper took a look.
