5630869f0b Admin Tools Fixes and New Addition
Highlander and Dodgeball will now view Vox as incompatible species and
convert them into humans to avoid issues with deleting their much-needed
internals
- Already did this for plasmamen

Adjusts team selection for Dodgeball to hopefully result in consistently
"balanced" teams (in terms of numbers)
- Rather than relying on a if(prob(50)) check, it now just switches back
and forth with each successful team addition

Adds a new admin panic button: "Del Singulo / Tesla"
- After a confirmation, deletes ALL singularities and tesla orbs across
all z-levels (except away missions and cent-comm), regardless of
containment

Not gonna changelog this since it's non-player stuff

9d430844c3 Replace most (if not all) output << operators with to_chat(user, message)
Currently, to_chat is literally just a proc that does user << message.
But it'll let us do output modification in the future, especially for
something like Goon's HTML chat.

3d71483372 /vg/ / -tg- asset_cache
Port of -tg-'s port of /vg/'s asset cache
Funny thing is, this actually replaces an old version of /vg/'s asset
cache we already had
IT'S A PORT OF A PORT REPLACING A PORT
POOOOOOOOOOOOOORTCEPTION

Basically, gets rid of the 30-40 second interface lag when you first join,
via *mumblemumble* MAGIC!

Also moves a few nano files around.

8c97846746 -tg- style inventory update, stripping update
This commit does the following:
 - Updates a few of our inventory procs to -tg-'s latest
 - Nukes the equip_e system from orbit
 - Fancy UI for stripping people now
 - Nuked fucking kitten ears from their snowflakey bullshit update_icons

55087890de Brooms, Stick-horses, and Flying Wizards!

Allows brooms to be wielded with 2-hands. Doing so places the broom
between your legs so you look like you are riding it.

You can also put a horsehead mask onto the broom to create a stick-horse
to ride. This can also be wielded, but will ALWAYS appear between your
legs.

And for the more magically inclined, wielding a broom or stick-horse (2
hands!) will cause you to ride it like a witch, giving you the ability
to bypass hazards such as tables and banana peels.

cdf14a47ea CentComm Equip Update
- Death Commandos now actually use the Death Commando frequency.
- Death Commandos have had their medical kits replaced with nanite
hyposprays.
- CentComm officers now spawn with a pulse pistol on their belt as
opposed to the useless base parent egun they got before.
- Remove the NT Rep equip option, as it's already available under the
'as job..' option.
- Merge the Spec Ops and Death Squad officer equip option
- Fixes the madmin malt's hellwater having the wrong ID.
