REFACTOR: Most consoles and machinery now use defines for light color
This commit refactors light_color definitions for most machines and consoles that use light_color's. Instead of having the same color repeated over and over again, there are #defines for most of the common ones. Some machines and other places may not use lighting defs- this is intentional. The defines as they are, are relatively clean, and machinery was where the bulk of repeated light definitions were. Other, special colors, can just be defined in the same file that they are used once in. |

Add light color defs for more things
This commit adds custom color definitions to almost every computer that did not already have them. It also causes cigarretes to very dimly glow. Also contains custom colors for candles, flashlights, and the mentioned cigarretes. Oh, and beepsky flashes red and blue now while in hunt mode. FTW |

-Made computers use idle_power_usage and active_power_usage that it used from the MC. I'm sure something is likely to break because I removed a lot of snowflake code. -Killed the updateDialog lag. I added a check to see if there were any mobs to update, if not it will stop checking until a user uses the machine again. I had to replace all the machine = src and machine = null with procs to help make it manageable. I believe this is one of the culprits causing the server to lag as the round goes on, as more players will interact with machines.

Replaced all 'file.extension' references with 'relativepath/file.extension' using a script by thvortex of ss13-daedalus.
All credits to the author for this handy little script. I Committed the modified python script to tool directory. Although it needs to be in the root folder of your repo to work. To notice the improved compile times, in dreammaker go to Build > Preferences > and untick "automatically set file_dir for subfolders" If this commit inteferes with any large projects just revert it, do your thing, then rerun the script. TG: Made you able to disassemble a few more computers. These are:
* Arcade * Prison Shuttle Console * Area Air Control * Atmos Alert Computer * Mining Shuttle Console If anybody is not okay with this, feel free to comment out the attackby code of that computer. But keep the circuitboard for future reference. This should make all computers on the station be able to be disassembled. Fixed some error message for cellchargers. TG: Late-join features and bug fixes:
- Merged 'Game' and 'Lobby' tabs during pre-game into one tab. - Late-joiners now see round duration. - Late-joiners are warned if the shuttle is not recallable or has already left to Centcomm. - Added the little red X to the top corner of the late-join job list window - Supply shuttle derp fix - Removed duplicate mining shuttle code that was inside atmos computer stuff - - This should fix the player seeing both the 'Shuttle has been sent' and 'The shuttle is already moving' messages. - Updated changelog Revision: r3433 Author: johnsonmt88 |

TG: Added in stationary, super-high-capacity scrubbers. Currently two are located in
the toxins gas storage room and one in the incinerator. They are controlled by an area air control computer, so you can turn them on at a distance. Added into code a legacy emergency closet which contains one oxygen tank and one gas mask, committing my version of oldstation. It still needs lighting and wires added as well as room wall-mounted things like air alarms, fire alarms, light switches and lights. Revision: r2955 Author: baloh.matevz |

HUD damage indicator now updates with halloss
