4f173c52a8 Good God, cult code is atrocious....
For now made all words into one list, instead of separate vars for each.
Brought back awesome Urist runes. Down with crayon doodles!

Need to look into making rune NOT check what rune it is EVERY TIME it is activated... making subclasses or some shit like that.
The more I stare in that code the louder screams in my head, maybe that's intended?

d64186ec9b -Now instead of just giving an angry message, any living mob with a client and the nuke disk that hits a transition on Z1 on them will have their momentum reversed, effectively sending them back where they came from. (Dead and clientless mobs still have the disk deleted from them)
Fixes Issue 1183

-Most game-specific messages now print to all non-new_player mobs instead of the world, round-end reports are unchanged but request consoles and other announcements will not be heard by people in the lobby any more
Fixes Issue 1158

-Tweaked the temperature resistance of mechs to be more inline with current fires. Most mechs protect almost as well as a full fire suit, and the firefighter mech is just over 2x more effective
Fixes Issue 1027

-False-walls can no longer be fixed when on top of a dense turfs
Fixes Issue 1196

-Tweaked how damage was read for CPR and self-examining so you can't perform CPR on yourself at 100 damage
Fixes Issue 1202

-Made stun-glove construction use the cable/Use() instead of just amount-2, so you can no longer get 0 amount coils

-Glass reagent containers and droppers now log attacks like syringes do, with the list of reagents

c15b5aee0f Changed way dripping blood works a little.
Now there could be 5 drips on a tile.
Drip #6 makes it into blood puddle.
Now if you bleed out you won't lie in 3 drops of blood, bubt in proper puddle

Standardization of the object tree and some modified functionality.
Moved a lot of storage/*_kit and similar boxes to storage/box/* ; most of these can now be found in boxes.dm. First aid kits remain a separate item type.
Replacement Light boxes pick up lights (for example broken ones) when used on them
Moved weapon/secstorage to storage/secure
Moved plant bags, ore satchel, trash bag, and sheet snatcher to storage/bag, in bags.dm
Fixed reagent_containers and snacks to pass through attackby() so the use_to_pickup code works. This affects plant bags, trash bags, and pill bottles.
Dice packs are now pill bottles, and all pill bottles can pick up dice.
Added error handling to uplink/generate_menu() so that one mistyped string doesn't bork the whole syndie uplink menu, since strings cannot be type-checked at compile time.
Cigarette packs and crayon boxes are now storage/fancy, however they retain existing update_icon() code.
Added a comment to storage.dm so that future people know where to look for use_to_pickup and allow_quick_gather code.

Updated all maps.

I've tried to test this thoroughly but I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few lingering issues. Try not to panic if you encounter any.

- Xenos suit and helm (completely obscuring, and almost indistinguishable from drones) (admin spawned only for now). 
- Facehuggers now have different icon states for being thrown and after impregnation. 
- New death, unconscious and sleeping icons for aliens. 
- New icon (and projectile type) for neuroxotin. 
- New infection overlay images for telling aliens about pregnant humans (3 icons, showing the progression of the infestation). 
- New system for handling alien impregnation (alien embryos are an object inside the mob, instead of a disease). 
- Players can be operated surgically to remove the alien embryos (targetting the chest: scalpel, surgical saw, hemostat, retractors. If the embryo is nearly fully developed, it might come out alive though. 
- Corgis can now get impregnated. 
- There is a short animated overlay of a chestburster when it comes time to burst chests. 
- Alien larva now have three different icon sets, depending on their growth (25% they are bloody and pale, 25% - 75% they are pale, 75% onwards they are deep red).


Fixed up table smashing, and added rack smashing in the same way.
Added new north/south facing for the large alien queen.
Updated the changelog.

0983ee8912 Added four new slime types (sprites by Reisyn, SuperElement, and LePinkyFace)
Fixed the backwards pumps in misc research, shuffled the xenobio surgical area around to be easier to use.

Fixed being able to strip items with canremove = 0

Added a new mutantrace that ties into the new slime extracts (sprites by SuperElement)

1434a0154c -Added a config option, which defaults to off, which will let the gamemodes Wizard, Malf and Rev carry on playing without round interruption. Meaning...
The wizard round will carry on even if the wizard dies
The malf round will carry on even if the AI dies. When the AI dies the shuttle will become callable. If the AI takesover the station or causes the station to explode, the round will end like normal.
Rev will carry on playing even when all heads or all rev heads die. The shuttle will become callable when this is true.

-Properly fixed the PDA runtime without adding special snowflakes.

2f90aa3959 Runtime fixes for using sechuds to examine people with wallets and null PDAs.
If the selected mob is wearing a PDA, it will pick the PDA owner instead of the ID inside of the PDA.

0a1b16f620 - Moved access definitions for jobs to the job datum. In addition, I added an extra access definition: minimal_access and access. Minimal access is intended for servers with large populations. All jobs have the bare minimum access they need to survive. access, on the other hand, is a far more generous list of accesses, intended for servers with lower populations, where players are expected to do more than just the job they were assigned. Also for servers which don't want to allow people to hide in their own ultra secure departments, where no one can get to them.
I did not go through the list to assign 'access' yet, so the two are currently identical.

49b6e1c64f Added three new slime reactions.
Made slimes emote less often.

Found a better way to fix the runtimes I'd been getting, most cores delete on being used again.

2c3ae32f04 You can now commit suicide using certain items! There will be more items to come, this really just lays the groundwork.
Credit goes to CodenameB and Spike68 for the original proposed commit. Althought it ended up changing, this commit still uses all of their suicide messages. Thanks to carn for pseudo-coding the base of the system that I ended up using to implement this.

The suicide verb checks the item in your active hand and calls that item's suicide_act(). (/obj/item/proc/suicide_act(mob/user)) The proc displays the suicide message to any viewers and returns a damage type. The suicide verb then applies 175 damage to the mob divided by the number of damage types. If the proc returns null (meaning that the item does not have a suicide_act() defined) the regular suicide occurs.

To any coder wanting to add items to this: 
- You MUST return one or more damage types. "return (BRUTELOSS|FIRELOSS)" for example.
- Please do not manually type in the item's name; use [src] to refrence an it instead. It'll save time down the road if an item gets renamed. It also helps handle any child of that item without copy/pasting the proc to each child.
- Please do not use 'usr' for anything.

Parrots can now see which item they are holding onto in the stat panel.

The toy crossbow should once again work properly. Fixes Issue 1227.

169c96db1b Too remove potential excessive garbage collection per tick. We will be reusing lists for overlays instead of deleting and creating them.
the .Cut() proc on a list will empty a list by default. This also will set the len to 0.

227afb5e24 Moved stuff about in xenobio. The stuff related to the slime extracts is now where the egg hatching room was (which no longer had a reason to exist, sorry Giacom I know you wanna gas people). Gave them a water tank for their extinguisher as well.
Slightly increased the slimes chance to mutate when reproducing.

294f990519 Fixed the icon states of the slime mutant race people. Had not changed their names correctly from when Phoal gave them to me.
Made adult slimes split into two baby slimes on death (no mutation chance, the list of friends doesn't pass over, and they'll start very hungry).

aa92ab7df9 Added 13 types of slimes/changed slime reproduction to give mutation chances on birth.
Added 13 core types with a mix of old and new reactions. Each slime has its own core type/reaction.

Added plasma sheets/a grinder to xenobio.

Added Phoal's slime people sprites.

Added simple animal pet slimes (one of the core types allows you to obtain them).

Updated the changelog

Still to come: slime types having their own temperature resists/special attacks.

This is all probably unbalanced as well but we'll see how it goes.
