Blob mode updated slightly
Wizard smoke from his smoke spell will partly block lasers that go through it.
Going to try and test a diff way for the singularity to "del" items, might cause less lag, it will also eat absorb other singularities.

The force secret mode will now build the list of possible modes and make sure it can set the forced mode up before it actually picks the mode. If the setup fails it will just use another mode from the secret list.
The R-table in medbay lobby was replaced with a normal table and medbay mostly follows the old "Can you get to the hall with next to nothing on you" map design.

- isanimal() and iscorgi() procs have been added
- attack_animal() added for all atoms, called when an animal attacks (clicks on) an object within range.
- attack_animal() proc added to food. Simple animals don't process reagents, meaning they can eat anything whatsoever. Corgis can take 5 bites out of any type of food. Ian will chase the food himself, regular corgis won't due to lag concerns.

Lowered the number of spare jumpsuits in most of the lockers from 6 to 3.
The old arrival message is now back in.
Finished the Ion Rifle and added one to the armory. Might need to change it up a bit depending on how well it works.
Bullet_act worked on a bit, EMP effects should work now.
Cyborgs are stunned by EMPs.
Raised the changelings required genome number for multichan at the request of Urist.

Tasers and lasers now drain twice as much battery per shot
EMP bursts now do 60 damage to cyborgs as opposed to 25
Guns:
Added the three Desert Eagles by Cheridan, none spawn on map currently
Added the sprite for the Ion Rifle by Falazameer, but it does not have any EMP effect yet/the code is unfinished
Wizard:
Finally fixed it so the wizard gets Lasers/Hulk instead of Laser/TK

The upper right panel, where the verbs usually are now has two functions, verbs and the browser. This feature has been added to hopefully reduce the number or pop-ups that appear. Currently only request consoles and vending machines use this feature. I'll wait for feedback and then update the rest, if feedback is positive.
Also removed the redcoat spawn pack... The redcoat suit is MINE.

The rev icons bug might be fixed now.
Removed the old logged say file as it is no longer used and contained questionable material.
People should no longer spawn on the wizard station for a second at round start.
Removed the old intercept vars as they have not been used in a good while.
Blob is more or less back to its old state but still has the lava sprite, can we please get some new sprites for it.
Fixed the door on the prison station, it can now actually be used again.

- Sleeper can now only inject Soporific, Dermaline, Bicaridine and Dexalin only to people who have 1HP or more
- Sleepers can now only inject Inaprovaline to people who have -100 HP or more
- You cannot inject anything to a dead person (less than -100 HP)

ID computer got updated:
- New interface
- Clicking it with an ID card will now first check if the card has ID computer access, if it does it will place the card in the authentication slot. If the slot is full, or the card doesn't have ID comp access, it will place it in the slot for the ID to be modified. If both slots are full nothing will happen.
- Removing an ID from the computer will now place it in your hand, if it's empty.
- Added this to the changelog.

Went though the Autolathe and cleaned its item order up a little.
Sinks! Sinks now fill glasses/cups and beaker/buckets 10 units of water at a time. As soon as I can (given how much map update keep springing up every five seconds) I'll add a sink to hydro, and take out the water cooler in the kitchen.

Tracking implants can now be used to message the holder.

Explosive implants will explode when the host dies. Might try and wrap these into nuke or as a new traitor item.

- You can no longer infinitely reinforce them, they have a limit. This should prevent them from becoming so reinforced that they become literally invisible.
- You can now rotate silicated windows without the icon not updating properly.
- Silicate now doesn't automatically double a window's integrity, instead, it now depends on the volume of silicate. This prevents windows from becoming virtually invincible. 1 unit of silicate is only 1/100ths as effective as 100 units of silicate, etc.
