/obj/effects is now /obj/effect.
/obj/station_objects is now /obj/structure.
Did a bit of minor blob work.
The Bay 12 body bags were replaced with closets because having two sets of code that do almost the same thing is silly.
Changed back a few of the last jobproc edits as the remove from list before assign was a check to see if the mob was fucked up and if it was remove it so we did not check it again as it would still be fucked up.
The medbay/tox monkeys names are random once more. More random name monkeys will help with changeling and clean up the observe/mob menus.

Two new categories were made: station_objects and effects. station_objects, which I'm sure someone will want renamed to 'structures' contains the objects which don't need process() or power code.
Effects contains objects which are either landmarks, triggers, spawners or decal.

I didn't notice any bugs, but with a revision editing 276 files of byond code, you never know.

The item strip window will no longer steal focus and refresh every second.
PDA:
Security/Medical records now show rank
Detective gets his own cart that has sec/med/manifest
Pipes:
They will no longer radiate heat and have more or less been removed from the process list.
This should reduce lag from the atmos system quite a bit.

New Head of Staff PDAs and PDA cartridges.
Fixed the bug where laser guns could fire stun rounds.
Added the cyborg upload circuitboard to the RD console and Secure Tech Storage. Forgot to do that in r1748. Whoops.
git-svn-id: http://tgstation13.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@1751 316c924e-a436-60f5-8080-3fe189b3f50e
Fixed teleporting randomly on clown planet z level (with hand tele). Probably won't work on extended but who cares.
Some misc improvements to code words.
Cut down on the amount of chloralhydrate in the sleepypen since it was fatal, apparently.
Fixed observing. Entry shuttle starts with less sleepers than before.
Some more wip stuff.

git-svn-id: http://tgstation13.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@1667 316c924e-a436-60f5-8080-3fe189b3f50e
Fixed PDA flashlight.
To clarify, you can still use the PDA when you are stunned/weakened. This was always the case, apparently. You cannot use the PDA when knocked out or dead.
You can now stick an ID card into a PDA without clicking 400 times (click on PDA with card in hand).
Changed how the ninja suit functions in relation to energy. It will now hold a power cell as APCs/Borgs/etc.
Ninjas can now replace their starting power cell (reduced to high capacity/10000) with larger capacities. Drain the cell as normal to do it. On that note, hyper-capacity (30k) cells added to research.
Can now drain energy from a recharger. Much like draining from wire.
Added cooldown to certain ninja abilities. It is a global cooldown; meaning, most abilities will be unusable until it finishes. Usually a second.
Some icon changes for ninjas.

Toilets now work more like actual toilets. They will auto-flush when you insert a small object. You can also dunk people's heads into the toilet and try to choke them if you have a good grip.
Fixed wiring near detective's office.
Fixed larva and monkeys not being able to move on tables.
Fixed larva not being able to crawl through vents.

Reworked energy charging to where it's probably bug free and much easier to edit.
Reworked PDA code so it's much faster and easier to use. Might have some bugs left over.
git-svn-id: http://tgstation13.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@1532 316c924e-a436-60f5-8080-3fe189b3f50e
Janitor Bucket now PROPERLY shows the maximum of the bucket as 100 on the PDA. Yay for accuracy!
Mops and cleaners:
Made the space cleaner bottles contain less units of material overall (250), however only spray 5 units at a time (you get 50 shots now). Makes it MUCH easier to refill with spess cleaner. Especially now that the ammonia and water reaction give more output.
In other news, MOPS ARE MAGNETS TO ME! Sorry Chicago Ted, I tried to make it less awkward, but it did not want.
RSF:
Items appear on floors properly now!
Chemistry Reagents:
Sugar/ sodas - less nutrition per unit.
Sugar - No more jitters =(
adminordrazine - More OP, but it is admin/ sandbox only anyway.
Arithrazine - Sets radiation damage to 0, because it is the dexalin plus of anti-radiation meds.
Hyronalin - Stronger radiation removal
Chem recipes:
Space cleaner - 2 units per reaction now. Because it was really unfair how much materials you need to refill the janitor's bottle.

Lag reduced by approx 30% (0.5 seconds of total 1.5 on my system).
Some air alarms on the map copypasted from toxins one, with its special settings.
Added list of used frequencies and HOW IT WORKS section to communications.dm. Sorry for some engrish.

Moved cartridge-only PDA menu code to the cartridges themselves, so the PDA code is less of a single massive clusterfuck.
It should be functionally identical ingame, but if we want to add new PDA cart features, it will be less of a hassle now. In theory.
git-svn-id: http://tgstation13.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@786 316c924e-a436-60f5-8080-3fe189b3f50e
Moved radio-based PDA functions to a separate object embedded into the PDA carts, like how traitor PDAs have an embedded uplink
Phase 2 will consist of chopping out the related menu function bits from the mass of PDA code and having them be separate, again as with the PDA uplinks
One bugfix related to Phase 1 is that PDAs with a QM/Sec cart in them will no longer constantly pull focus away from the main window if you leave your PDA window open.
