This adds a system for footstep sounds
- Only xenomorphs and humans currently use it, could expand to robutts
and simple_animals easily, but haven't.
- Only enabled for three turf types currently:
- Plating (ala Maintnance)
- Carpets
- Wooden floors

Emote Cooldown System
...
Introduces the Emote Cooldown System, designed to prevent spamming of
sound-based emotes.
Emotes that respect the cooldown:
- *beep
- *buzz
- *ping
- *squish
- *scream
- *fart
- *chirp
- *law
Emotes that are exempt:
- Everything not listed above
Emotes can be added to the system easily, and all cooldown-incurring
emotes share a single cooldown. This means you have to wait to *scream
after you *fart.
Also adds Tigercat's *squish emote ( #394 ), with sound credit to
DrMinky(Freesound.org). This emote is only usable by Slime People, and
accepts a parameter if you wish to squish at something/someone.
Admins with +VAREDIT can manually disable the use of cooldown emotes for
a specific mob by setting the emote_cd var to 2.

ported over the majority of /tg's simple_animal code and changed a lot of things for simple_animals and critters
...
- added bears, mice (cats will chase mice, mice squeak occasionally)
- removed some unique simple_animals (ian and runtime will be the only ones for now)
- structure improvements, tweaks and cleanup for simple_animals and critters
- space carp should work fine now

to acquire.
-Added more wood items for tower cap wood construction: Wooden doors and
sandals.
-Added plump helmet biscuits and mushroom soup to kitchen recipes.

•Bunch of normal newscasters placed around the station, 2 security newscasters
-with the ability to censor anything- placed in Sec and the Bridge
•Icon and photo usability in Feed Stories removed (for now) due to pete
threatening me with naked pictures of his in-game character.
•Sorry for every datum or obj declaration being in the same file, I will clean
them up in a bit. Right now, it gives you all you need to know of the
newscater's function.
•If you need clarification about anything at ANY part of the code, ask through a
comment
•Total work put into this was 4-5 days in total. Will add more features in the
future, and it's easy enough for anyone to do so.
