26ad6f9fbd Removes space cleaner and mask, add spaceacilin 
Add spaceaccilin to the reagents injected by the surgery table,
preventing infection. Removing space cleaner and mask as they are no
longer necessary.

dd09a6b905 Add sterile surgery gear to abductors 
Fixes #9199

Provides abductors with two sterile masks, two pairs of combat gloves,
and one space cleaner (scientist only).

Updates the dissection guide to remind abductors to keep their work area
sterile.
