Changes to windoors.
- Secure windoors now require 2 plasteel sheets instead of 4 rods
- Windoors and secure windoors have reduced health.
Added checks for proximity, canmove and death on:
- Library scanner
- Library computer
- Library public computer
- Bookcases (Fixes issue 564.)

update_clothing() has been broken up into it's key parts. A full explanation can be found in code/modules/mob/living/carbon/human/update_icons.dm
the tl;dr of it is that overlay updates are no longer called by the gameticker. Instead they are called by procs such as u_equip db_cick etc. This means faster updates (although admittedly, more of them can be called per tick). This however is offset by the fact that specific overlays can be updated now, vastly improving its efficiency. This will especially help when there are large numbers of dead mobs.
Fixed the throw code for TKgrab so it can be toggled.
Cloaking for aliens/humans/ninjas was changed. It's very crude at the moment and for that I apologise. But it works and is very efficient. It also stops cloaked individuals becomming invincible due to people being unable to hit them (even when they know exactly where they are)
Fixed a bunch of bugs with damage-overlays. They were updating FAR FAR to frequently. They were also horribly inefficient. They should now be virtually seamless when updating and only use cached icons, so they aren't affected by lag as badly. This may help with explosions lag a little.
There's still a tonne of stuff I need to refine with this. I'll be refining it down into some helper procs to reduce on code duplication and such

Any PDA that can access the Security Records can, via the forensic scanner function (that was already there) store data on what was scanned, the same way that the Detective's scanner can.
Scanning a PDA with said stored data in the Detective's computer-o-doom will transfer the data from the PDA to the computer's database.
Made some area names improper as needed (Only ones where it makes sense to be improper.)
Updated changelog.

- I added in the foundations for traitor factions. See factions.dm for all the different faction datums. They don't do anything yet.
- I completely ported mob/var/mutations from a bitfield to a generic list. Mutation enumerated-identifiers are added into this list. For instance, TK = 1, COLD_RESISTANCE = 2, XRAY = 3, etc... The purpose of this was because bitwise operations could not actually be used after a certain size (because BYOND is stuck in the 16bit era).
- I've added in completely-functional nano-augmentations. Check under implantnanoaug.dm for a list of implants and implaners. As mentioned previously, they are completely functional but may be slightly OP. Among these nanoaugs are Super Strength, Psionic Radar, Electric Hands, Energy Blade/Sword Synthesizer, Rebreather, Dermal Armor, Combat Reflexes, and Regenerative Nanorobots. I won't go into detail as to what they do, but hopefully they should be self-explanitory. If not, check out their descriptions in the file previously mentioned.
- Added in a future traitor item, the Mind Batterer. Along with it a new .ogg file.
- New telecomms bus mainframe sprite, thanks to WJohnston.
- New holdable shield, sprites courtesy of Muncher (i had to mangle the side sprites because of a technical little issue. I'll change it back to the original soon). It can be retracted and expanded. Probably only going to be given to traitors.
- A couple of minor bugfixes here and there, along with some code tidying.
Hope this isn't too large a commit. I intended it to be MUCH larger, but I've decided to split up my Traitor Factions expansion into smaller commits.

The shower path has changed!
From /obj/structure/shower to /obj/machinery/shower
Made bookcases appear empty if they have no books, and fill up as more books are placed in them.
Updated do_after() to have an extra var that determines if the user is required to keep the item in the active hand. This is only used in swirlies at the moment.

- Hopefully this will cut down on the server spamming/crashing escapades happening on other servers. (This wont stop that from happening, this just makes it less severe)
- Some of the sanitizes were probably unnecessary, but better safe then sorry.
Added MAX_NAME_LEN constant which is initialized to 26.
- Please use MAX_NAME_LEN instead of typing in 26 when cutting inputs short. 26's are annoying when they have to be changed and you have to hunt through over a hundred files and tens of thousands of lines of code to find them all.
Moved uplink_kits.dm to code/game/objects/storage
Moved uplinks.dm to code/game/objects
- The stuff inside uplinks.dm could really be chopped up and split into separate dm files but this will do for now.

When you create code that asks the user for an input consider whether or not it gets shown to the user through html or the like.
If it does please sanatize() or strip_html() it. Also use copytext() to cutoff spam by using MAX_NAME_LEN and MAX_MESSAGE_LEN as the cutoff var.

Fixed deaths at the end of nuke rounds, optimised the code a little
gib() is now hgib() (ie it's specific to humans). gibs.dm() now only spawns generic gibs that could be from any mob.
Likewise for dust.
Awaiting generic dust() and gib() animations.
Fixed (hopefully, depends if firewalls block this method) getruntimelog.
GameMasters no longer have the getruntimelog verb. Instead they have .giverutimelog . This allows them to grant a specific client access to the server's runtime logs. (they can grant themself access this way too). NOTE: runtime logs can be used to meta, only grant access to coders or people you trust. It may also be wise to ensure they do not play in the current round.
Introducing .getserverlog . It allows any admin above moderator to access ANY archived server/attack logs. Should mkae processing forum ban requests a lot easier since all admins with ban capabilities now have access.
getruntimelog renamed to .getruntimelog . File-request spam prevention increased to 60seconds to discourage access serverlogs too much! They can reach sizes of 4Mb sometimes so please be responsible with them admins.
runtime logs should now be saved to /data/logs/runtime/ (you may have to create this folder yourself)
ummm... fixed gibs appearing below shuttle turfs. Trimmed some uneeded fluff text from the logs.
PHEW

If a cultist builds a construct, that construct will be a cultist. This means they can see cultists finally (and will probably count for the escape objective, so that might need changing numbers wise)
Fixed some typos in the cult runes (godamnit Urist) and the blind rune can no longer be made into a talisman, cause a handheld, instant, AoE blind that lasts 20 seconds with no counter is retarded.

Commented out the authentication system. It was the remnants of the old goon authentication stuff (or maybe even older) and wasn't actually used in our code at all (at least not in any useful way, it was merely called and short-circuited to 1, so all those if(authenticated) were totally pointless. This has removed 3 unused variables from every client, a bunch of unused variables from the config and two empty text files!
Committed (as a config option) a feature requested by Apoc station. It causes a 'reply to' window to popup when an admin PMs a non-admin player. It's meant to grab their attention so they can't say "I didn't see your PM". It defaults to off. To turn it on just uncomment the #POPUP_ADMIN_PM line in config/config.txt
Fixed a derp in isday where it was fetching the month instead of the day.
Removed medal references from Gib()
Removed the medal_hub global variables because they aren't used in any way shape or form.

Tratior borgs who hack themselves cannot be blown by their AI.
The AI can now open doors with shift+click, bolt them with ctrl+click, and shock them with alt+click
Adds a new wire to doors that controls the time delay before they close. If pulsed, they close like a sliding glass door. If cut, they do not close by themselves.
Borgs who have died, ghosts, and are then blown up will now have their ghosts properly transfered to their dropped MMIs.

Runes are now dispelled with the null rod, not the bible.
Chaplains can no longer self heal with the bible.
Simple animals can now attack mechas and critters
Constructs no longer take extra damage from bibles.
Fueltanks now explode when shot by lasers or bullets.

Added the Wraith construct, a faster, more fragile construct which has a lesser version of Ethereal Jaunt. It too is vulnerable to bibles.
The Chaplain is now immune to blood boil, stun talismans, and cult blind/deafen
Constructs are finally creatable by using a full soulstone on an empty construct shell. The creator will be able to choose which kind of construct is created.
Cultists can get construct shells from their supply talisman
Wizards now get the spell "Artificer" which allows them to create construct shells for free when they select the soulstone belt.
Medical Borgs are now relentless to prevent them losing hold of incapacitated patients.
Added the Artificer (conjure construct shell), Phase Shift (lesser jaunt), and Shield (lesser forcewall) spells

Soul Stones can now capture Shades (which heals them)
Soul Stones capturing a soul will now be imprinted with that shade, and be unable to capture new souls/other shades
Added ectoplasm object/sprites. As of now it has no uses.
Shades now delete on death and leave ectoplasm behind.
Soulstones can be bought with the wizards spellbook (as a set of six) and from the cultist supply talisman.
The Chaplain has a single soulstone in his office (mostly for testing/so it will get used often and I can get feedback)
Speaking of items on the map for testing, Reactive Teleport Armour no longer spawns in the RD's office (because Urist will murder me if I have to retarded test items out at once)
Removed some no longer needed code regarding soulstones from the suicide verb.

- atom.forceMove() proc. Ignores density and other Move() restrictions, but calls Exited() and Entered()
- var/emagged moved to /obj/machinery class
- anyprob() helper proc.
- Mecha internal damage vars encapsulated.
- Mech Fabricators now require robotics ID to operate. Emag removes this restriction.
- Added Odysseus Medical Exosuit and it's parts. Has integrated Medical Hud and ability to mount medical modules.
- Added Sleeper Medical module for medical exosuits. Similar to common sleepers, but no ability to inject reagents.
- Added Cable Layer module for exosuits. Load with cable (attack cable with it), activate, walk over dismantled floor.
- Added another exosuit internal damage type - short circuit. Short-circuited exosuits will drain powercell charge and power relay won't work.
- You should be able to send messages to exosuit operators using Exosuit Control Console
- Gygax armour and module capacity nerfed.
- Exosuit weapon recharge time raised.
- Bugfix: EMP actually drains exosuit cell and damages it

The blue version functions as wizard robes and spawns on the wizard's shuttle, the red versions replace the old cultist robe sprites.
Cultists now each start with join/blood/self instead of one random word each.
Cultist supply talisman now has five uses and can spawn armor talismans.

Communications.dm works once again.
Updated a few admin commands that I missed to work with the job datums.
Fixed a type path issue in the cult talismans.
Assembly remote signalers now iterate though their for loop properly.

Rewrote the job selection system to use bitflags and the jobs are now objects.
Fixed a path conflict with effect which caused a few things to be unable to be clicked on.
Commented out the job.txt, Urist if you still want it to load from the .txt give me a yell and I can update it to work with the job objects.
Fixed up the bits that were missing the slightly updated mob organ attack code.
Moved the traps file into unused.
git-svn-id: http://tgstation13.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@2340 316c924e-a436-60f5-8080-3fe189b3f50e
Moved into their own folder and got split into three files.
Damage zones have been regrouped slightly to make it easier to deal with them. Currently the organ groups are head, l/r leg, l/r arm, and head.
Attacking:
Armor is properly checked.
Currently aiming for the chest gives a higher chance to stun whereas the head will stun for longer.
Stungloves/Disarm now show up in the attack log.
Stungloves ignore intent.
Silicon:
AI units can now move between cams that are not on the ss13 network.
Cyborg's alert screen should not longer pop up every time they get an alert if they have opened it once during the round.
Robot vision now uses the standard amount of energy.
Gamemodes:
Added Deuryn's unrev message.
Runes can only be examined if you are close to them.
Moved the Loyalty implants to the HoS' locker at the request of HerpA.
Nuke agents now come with explosive implants that will activate upon death.
Projectiles:
Once again went though the gun code and cleaned things up, it is much better now.
Bullet_act fixed up and most mobs now use the one in living, just overload it if they need to do something diff.
Freeze /caplaser/xbow no longer have an infinite loop.
Shotguns have to be pumped manually.
Went though the latest runtime log.
Power cells now use return on their give/use procs
Assemblies have been reworked and are nearly finished, just need to finish up the special assembly code, redo the signalers, and add one or two new assembly items.
Laying down will now only take 3 ticks to get up, from 5.
You can no longer punch people on the spawn screen.
This is a big one and was cleared by two heads, TK will only allow you to pick up items. If you have an item in your hand it will act normal.
This revision got much larger than originally intended my tests show everything is working fine, but you never know. Ill likely do more mob teaks in the next few days.

/obj/effects is now /obj/effect.
/obj/station_objects is now /obj/structure.
Did a bit of minor blob work.
The Bay 12 body bags were replaced with closets because having two sets of code that do almost the same thing is silly.
Changed back a few of the last jobproc edits as the remove from list before assign was a check to see if the mob was fucked up and if it was remove it so we did not check it again as it would still be fucked up.
The medbay/tox monkeys names are random once more. More random name monkeys will help with changeling and clean up the observe/mob menus.

Two new categories were made: station_objects and effects. station_objects, which I'm sure someone will want renamed to 'structures' contains the objects which don't need process() or power code.
Effects contains objects which are either landmarks, triggers, spawners or decal.

Normal revs that get borged will be unrev'd.
Added a cooldown to the captains message system.
Cleaned up the Coms computer slightly.
Fixed a few runtimes.
More blob work.

- Library computers will now universally tap into these variables and retrieve information to paste onto bibles when printing new ones. Also, they now have a one-minute cooldown when printing bibles.
- An additional start-up prompt is given to the chaplains when they start. They can now select new bible icons (which can be immediately reversed and swapped with another icon if they don't like it) that have no real effect other than aesthetics. Thank you, Kor, for making these.
- Tweaked Metroids so that they are slightly more aggressive, move slower when aggressive, and gain more nutrition from eating. They also become hungrier faster.
- Adding a "recoil" variable to guns. No current guns use it yet, but if they did (through edit-variable) it would cause a player's screen to shake whenever they successfully fire a shot. Potential use for projectile firearms, especially shotguns.

Critters have been added and livestock removed
Xbow damage raised to 30 a shot
Centcom Survival Kit is once again a box
Sec uniforms moved into their own locker
After IRC talk
Guns that are created in the protolathe now spawn inside of a lockbox
They can be unlocked by an ID with Armory access or an Emag.

Can be imbued into talismans, and when invoked equips the user with a set of cult armor (Credit to Kor for making it).
Arcane Tomes can now fit in pockets.
Cult armor can now hold the cult sword and arcane tomes in suit storage.
The cult hood obscures your face, so while wearing it people can not see your identity unless you speak.
Checked the cult items file in tgstation.dme.

The item strip window will no longer steal focus and refresh every second.
PDA:
Security/Medical records now show rank
Detective gets his own cart that has sec/med/manifest
Pipes:
They will no longer radiate heat and have more or less been removed from the process list.
This should reduce lag from the atmos system quite a bit.

Fixed a boatload of runtime errors. There's so many I just completely forgot what they all were!
Explosions / Singularities now do not gib people "one-by-one" as some people may have noticed. This looked absolutely weird.
Sounds:
I was planning on making sounds become all distorted and whatnot if you were "high", but there were some problems. I've instead just settled with making deaf people not being able to hear non-ambient sounds at all.
git-svn-id: http://tgstation13.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@1941 316c924e-a436-60f5-8080-3fe189b3f50e
Admin changes:
Admin attack logs now have a timestamps. Basically, before each log entry there is something that displays [hour:minute:second]. I plan on expanding this functionality to all kinds of logs, as well as creating a global attack log, but this will do for now.
Gloves:
You can still electrify any gloves with a power cell, however you have to use wires on non-insulated (yellow) gloves to create a "ghetto-insulation" system. I might make these gloves' stun effects more watered-down than normal insulated gloves, but that will probably be for later on.
Bugfixes:
Fixed some miscellaneous runtime errors, and more importantly, the shotgun. You can dry-pump it by clicking on it, which will eject any used shots or just make that badass "chuck-chick" sound to let everyone know you mean business. Combat shotguns can now shoot twice without the need to pump.
I also possibly fixed the issue with metroids' AI process locking up. Someone's going to have to PM me on the forums to tell me if this worked or not, because I have not been able to reproduce the bug (although I do know where it's happening in the code).
Chemistry:
Alright, so this is where the meat of this update is. In a previous revision (r1905) I mentioned the addition of a new "color" variable. This variable now has a use. When you use a spray cleaner, or a chem sprayer which now is significantly more powerful, the color combination of all the reagents inside the sprayer will be displayed instead of the plain old blue-white color. This will allow for people to easily distinguish reagents and colors, for instance, if you see some chemist running around spraying orange or purple stuff chances are that's acid he's spraying, so you should probably subdue him!
In addition, you will now be able to see beakers (large ones too) fill up visually. The color of the reagents inside the beaker is overlayed on top of the beaker. The colors may be subject to change to make them brighter or more easily identifiable by "category". Currently, most pharmaceuticals have a light pinkish color. Polytrinic acid has a distinct purple color, etc. However, with due time I can picture chemists mixing other, benign-ish reagents with harmful reagents so passerbys think that a chemist is spraying someone with something harmless, but in reality is spraying them with a bunch of PAcid. There are some consequences, for instance, concentrated acid is more powerful than watered-down acid.
Have fun with that.
