* Resprites Existing Catwalks

* grey catwalk sprites

* white catwalk sprites

* black catwalk sprites

* updates hazard catwalk sprite slightly

* fixes a minor pattern fuckup on standard catwalks

* adds the turfs and items

* removes unneeded vars from the extra catwalk varients

* fixes missing catwalk floor basesprite

* adds a few catwalks to all stations

* fixes duped variables (im silly)

* actually fixes the duped vars (im even sillier)

* fixes a decal overlap on delta
