The find and replaces for %holder_ref% -> src=\ref[C.holder] and %admin_ref% -> src=\ref[C] are no longer needed. Instead we will be using _src_=holder to direct to holder and src= to direct to client (not needed, you can just omit the src parameter completely in your link) ...
