- pAIs can no longer buckle people with their invisible robo arms
- Sadly, this brings forth the unintended side effect of pAIs no longer being able to give you a big hug when you're feeling down

Halfs the rate at which tension is generated, decreases the chance per tick of the tensioner firing once sufficient tension is achieved, and increases the cooldown between automatic firings to minimum twenty minutes.
