I noticed the RIG's Helmets didn't have their radiation variable anymore! I re-added the .25 protection they originally gave, I can only assume it was a mistake when moving them or revamping them.

- Made a beta version of the new DblClick() proc. As per my testing it is far more efficient than the old one. The click-proc is ready for ingame testing. To initiate a test, use the "Toggle NewClickProc" verb if you're a game admin or game master.

You can now attach a string to coins using cable coil (remove with wirecutters). With a string attached you have a chance to recover the coin when buying an item from a vending machine that requires a coin.

- Small lights (Bulbs) now emit a constant 3 units of luminosity instead of the rand(3,6). Tube's luminosity is still random: rand(6,9).
