 - Fixes moving between pipeline datums not updating pipe vision
 - Fixes login() not updating pipe vision
 - Removes hardcoded limit of entering through unary machinery-- does
   nothing *now*
 - Can see pipes in darkness as fullbright
 - More sanity checks
