* Adds a low heartbeat sound

* Changes mob names to lowercase

* Rewrites the dimensional tear event

* Simplifies step, updates comment

* Turns the frenzied hellhound into a subtype

* Removes old code

* Replaces flicker with get_spooked

* Fixes the linter error
