Chinsky 4d7aa320cb Due to git tree being fucked up for some reason, manually reapplied many man many fixes.
Just got to tip of real tree and got zipball, then unpacked it here.

Runtime fix for moving around your hands a light tile. The new() proc of the light tiles missed some vars that the parent proc uses.

tile_types.dm
- Carpets are now their own floor type. You can remove carpet pieces with a crowbar, like most other floors, and you can place new ones down. They will auto-update their design to match.
